What the USDA data shows
USDA FoodData Central’s survey food entries (FNDDS) for sushi list ethyl alcohol as 0 for “Sushi, NFS”, “Sushi roll, California”, “Sushi roll tuna”, “Sushi roll, avocado” and sushi topped with egg or tuna. These are generic entries based on typical recipes, not a lab test of your plate.
What this does not cover
