We found no official source that says it is safe. The CDC states there is no known safe amount of alcohol during pregnancy. TTB uses "non-alcoholic" for beverages under 0.5% alcohol by volume, so a product with that label can still contain a trace. Ask your doctor or midwife.

The CDC states, “There is no known safe amount of alcohol use during pregnancy,” and “There is no safe time during pregnancy to drink alcohol.” It also applies this to people trying to conceive.
What “non-alcoholic” means
In a 2026 TTB presentation, “non-alcoholic” describes alcohol beverages with less than 0.5% ABV. TTB adds that it has formal definitions of the term only for malt beverages (beer). So on a wine label the words alone do not tell you the exact percentage.

Stella Rosa’s website calls its Naturals line a “non-alcoholic beverage.” The pages we opened did not state an alcohol percentage, so we cannot tell you how much alcohol is in a given bottle. The label may carry that detail.
What to do
